I recently had new roof installed, this team is efficient, responsive, and get the Job done on time, their workers, most of them don't speak English but they know what they are doing and did a good clean up after.

They also work with good gutter company, they installed gutters for me as well, within reasonable cost

Just one thing, make sure someone gets on your roof, before they give an estimate to you, to avoid extra cost added later, because something was miscalculated before .

After inspecting work, found poor installation of repair over existing roof. Used wrong color shingles…had to come back. If not inspected what would have happened? Just had some estimates for roof replacement and was told by multiple companies that it looks ridiculous and can’t understand why anyone would install the wrong color shingles?

Color aside, my point was simply inspect what you expect. Guaranteed came back to correct after I sent photos of the work initially performed. Just sharing my experience

Guaranteed Building Maintenance did a great job installing our roof! They were the fastest to respond and first to actually go up on our roof and inspect it because we lost some shingles in a wind storm and they wanted to make sure the roof would be okay for a snowstorm later that day.

We just had our roof stripped and shingled by GBMAINTCO.  After getting many quotes from local roofers, we chose these guys because they offered the most comprehensive service.  They took care of everything from permits to cleanup.  We have a straightforward roof, but it is large.  Others were estimating a 4 to 5 day project, but Danny and his hardworking crew were in and out in 2 days.  They even took away an old sofa along with the 2 layers of shingles from the job....saved me a trip to the dump!  Yes, I highly recommend this Company.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have repair work done to their home.  My roof was leaking and water was coming into my kitchen, I called this company and had a quote that afternoon which was very competitive.  They were able to complete the work the same week.  When they began the work the realized that some of the materials that I was quoted were not needed and they credited me for the materials they did not use.  They cleaned up very well when they were through.  Again I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!!
